  • A licensed energy auditor performs a full EnerGuide evaluation on your home.

    Includes detailed reports on:

    • How your home uses and loses energy

    • What impact specific upgrades will have on your energy usage

    Also includes Air Leakage Identification.

    Note: This service is required to receive grant and loan funding through programs like CMHC Greener Homes, Better Homes Ottawa, the Greener Home Grant and Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+)

  • Using our specialized airtightness equipment and thermal camera we pressurize your house to exaggerate drafts and diagnose the problems causing your rooms to be too hot or too cold.

    Includes a full analysis of key hot and cold issues and discussions of potential solutions.

    $350

  • We offer blower door services to builders trying to meet building code and voluntary ACH50 targets.

    We can also certify builds under the Energy Star for New Homes program.
